Services
Aqua Shine provides residential and commercial cleaning and property maintenance services, including pressure washing, office cleaning, window cleaning, gutter cleaning, graffiti removal, post construction cleaning, junk removal, aircraft cleaning, tree stump grinding, and related services.
Quotes & Pricing
Quotes are based on the information provided by the customer and the visible condition of the property. If site conditions differ from what was disclosed or reasonably visible during the estimate, Aqua Shine reserves the right to adjust pricing before work begins.
Scheduling
Appointments may be rescheduled due to weather, equipment issues, safety concerns, or other circumstances beyond our control. We will make every effort to complete services as soon as reasonably possible.
Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for providing safe access to the work area and informing us of any known hazards, fragile surfaces, underground utilities, irrigation systems, electrical hazards, pets, or other conditions that may affect the work. Aqua Shine is not responsible for damage resulting from undisclosed or pre-existing conditions.
Limitation of Liability
While every project is completed using professional equipment and industry best practices, Aqua Shine cannot guarantee the complete removal of every stain, oxidation, rust mark, oil stain, paint, graffiti, or other surface contamination.
Aqua Shine is not responsible for damage resulting from pre-existing defects, loose paint, deteriorated mortar, aging wood, cracked concrete, failing caulking, defective window seals, improperly installed materials, hidden structural issues, or normal wear and tear that becomes apparent during cleaning.
Our liability for any claim relating to our services shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the specific service provided. Aqua Shine shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, including loss of business, revenue, or profits.
Payment
Payment is due according to the terms outlined on your estimate or invoice. Late payments may be subject to applicable interest and collection costs where permitted by law.
Photos
Unless otherwise requested in writing, Aqua Shine may photograph completed work for quality assurance, training, and marketing purposes. Personal information or identifying details will not be intentionally disclosed.

All website content, including text, images, logos, and branding, is the property of Aqua Shine and may not be copied or reproduced without written permission.
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Province of Québec and the applicable laws of Canada.
Aqua Shine reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.
